Redcross Lifeguard Certification(includes CPR&FirstAid): $100 to swimtlc. Must be 15 years old to take this class. Must be able to pass 300yd swim, tread water with legs only 2min, swim 20yds retrieve brick, kick 20yds back.
May 13-18, 2013 Clarke Farms pool 17301 Clarke Farms Dr Parker.
Mon. May 13-Fri. May 17 5-9pm and Sat. May 18 10-4pm
We would like to get the pre-reqs out of the way before the class so we will be testing these the week prior to the class at Parker Rec Center during the following times M/W 3:30-5:15pm T/TH 7:40-9pm. Please come during one of these times to test. Pre-reqs 300yd swim, tread water with legs only 2min, swim 20yds retrieve brick, kick 20yds back.
Bring swim suit, towel, and downloaded or copied version of Lifeguarding book, can find on Redcross.org.
Redcross Lifeguard and CPR RE-Certification: CPR $30 to swimtlc LGT $50 to swimtlc
Sat. May 18 4-7pm Clarke Farms or Sun. May 19 2-5pm Clarke Farms. Bring swim suit and towel. There is a lot of new info. please review before coming to take the test and show skills. Book can be downloaded from Redcross.org.
Mandatory Staff Meetings (no show no job!)
SWIMTLC Site Specific training: no charge
Jr volunteers, Jr, lifeguards,lifeguards, ast. MOD, and MODS must all attend one night at each pool and Friday ALL staff meeting. Bring suits and towels!!!
